UPDATE: Our Red Heel Rally at the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. on October 27th has been CANCELED. We will be pouring our energies and our resources into our core ministry: to restore a God focus in America while building a supportive American Sisterhood of praying women to impact our communities with love, grace and the true message of conservatism.

Red High Heel Inaugural Luncheon

During the NOCW 2009 Inaugural Luncheon, Ms. Smith recognized women in the Commonwealth of Virginia and laid out the vision for NOCW to unite women across our nation reminding the ladies in the audience women walked the suffrage trail for all to have a vote, a voice in the matters of our nation and those forces affecting our families. Ms. Smith acknowledged honorary guests Virginia State Senator Jill Holtzman Vogel , Maureen McDonnell, wife of Governor-elect Robert F.
